RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

– The confirmed orders cannot be cancelled and non-refundable translate

– If you are not completely satisfied the quality of the product your purchased, you may return the Product to us within 15 days of receipt through “Fedex Return Service”.

-The Product shall be un-used, the removal of security tags will be taken as evidence of a product’s use by you; the product cannot be returned in these circumstances. You need to submit your return request via “Contact Us” in our web page.

-Items can only exchange once.

– Items that were purchased under a campaign/ sale are not allowed to exchange or return.

– You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.

– We do not honour any walk-in or freight to collect returns; you need to bear the return delivery cost.

– Your returned Products together through Fedex Return Service are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within 7 working days after drop off. Our Quality Check team will take up to 2 working days to process your return. A new product shall be delivered shortly after we receive your items. No delivery cost imposed to you on the exchanged items.

– Exceptional refund will be arranged if no stock for your return items. If you return an item which included the taxes and import duties when you purchased, you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local Customs office.

– This policy may be changed from time to time at our discretion.
