How much does shipping cost?

How long does shipping take?

Once getting your order, the production is around 30 working days.

Your order will arrive between 2-9 working days after the production, you will also receive a tracking number by email.

Can I still place an order if the item is out of stock?

Of course, the production period is around 30 days.

What is the arrangement of duties and Taxes?

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees and arrangement, these are included at the final stage of checkout.

Which currencies can I shop in?

The currency that you shop with is charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate.

USD amount will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

What is the payment method?

Dia Reale supports PayPal and Stripe payment gateway.

How to exchange the product?

Dia Reale offers 14 days product exchange after receiving the products. Please send the email to [email protected] or the inquiry form to request support.

Exchange items must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, simply using the email for account registration.

Can I combine promotional codes?

Promotional codes can’t be combined with each other at this time.
